A humble and prayerful invitation at the end of the Modern World
for eco-spiritual Christians in cooperation with other eco-spiritual seekers
to advance the Postmodern Global Eco-Spiritual Renaissance,
which is emerging under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit,
across our loving Creator's beloved garden-planet Earth

This Declaration was first issued as a Working Paper in Washington DC,

on 19 January 2012, an ancient date for the Christian feast of Epiphany.

It was issued by the

PACEM IN TERRIS GLOBAL LEADERSHIP ECOLGICAL INITIATIVE,

which was created on that same date.

The current version of the Declaration is the update of 1 September 2016,

World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation.

The Declaration serves as a guide for the Initiative,

which promotes the Postmodern Global Eco-Spiritual Renaissance.

This Renaissance seeks holistic regeneration of

the evolving creative communion of life's integral ecology,

throughout its interwoven natural, human, and spiritual fabric,

across our loving Creator's beloved garden-planet Earth.

The Initiative, still in development, is sponsored by

PAX ROMANA / CATHOLIC MOVEMENT FOR INTELLECTUAL & CULTURAL AFFAIRS - USA,

which is based in Washington DC.

The Initiative includes this Declaration,

Pacem in Terris Press, Pacem in Terris Ecovillages Project,

and Pacem in Terris Institute for Research & Education.

The phrase "Pacem in Terris" is taken from

the title of the landmark 1963 encyclical letter by Saint John XXIII.

The phrase "End of the Modern World" is taken from

the title of the landmark 1950 book of that name

by the late and distinguished Italian-German Catholic-Christian philosopher,

Romano Guardini.

THE SITE IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

THE DECLARATION WILL BE POSTED HERE SOON.
